Canton Electronics EC-P1 preamp

For your review, is a Canton EC-P1 preamp.  I know very little about this preamp, as I just 
recently acquired it in an estate sale.  I have verified that the CD and Aux input work properly.
I have no way to test the phono section.  The volume & balance controls but a bit stiff to move, which maybe normal.  The unit is being sold as is.
The condition is good overall with the only obvious issue being a little paint missing from one 
edge due to wear.  There are no dents or dings however.
I can't speak to the age but interestingly, the unit was built in West Germany which indicates 
age to an extent.
