Founded in 1983 by Franco Serblin, Sonus faber is renowned for its Italian handcrafted speakers and luxury headphones.
Sonus faber derives its name from the Latin for "handcrafted sound," and that attention to detail has earned the company rave reviews for its artisan craftsmanship, design and sound reproduction. Its namesake Sonus faber speaker, introduced in 2010, sought to redefine the acoustic speaker for a new generation. In 2013, the company introduced its Olympica line, and Sonus faber's Olympica III speakers have quickly become a favorite of discerning audiophiles.
