PrimaLuna Dialogue Three - Original Packaging, Upgraded Tubes, Remote

This tube based preamplifier features a dual-mono design and has five RCA inputs and four RCA outputs It also includes an MM phonostage and a hefty remote control.

Gain is provided by four 12AU7 tubes.  The power supply section uses a pair of 5AR4 rectifier tubes.  I will include the original OEM tubes as well the upgraded tubes (as pictured) that I’ve been running this amplifier with – four NOS 12AU7 and two 5RGYS(GZ34) rectifier tubes. 

It also includes the original metal “grille” that covered the tubes.  (which I have never used – because tubes just look awesome!) The upgraded rectifier tubes are taller than the stock 5AR4 tubes and won’t clear the grille.


If you enjoy tube rolling, this preamplifer will give you plenty of opportunity to explore.
The 12AU7 tubes can be swapped with ECC82, ECC802S, E82CC, 5814, 6189 and CV4003.  
The 5AR4 rectifier can be replaced with GZ34, 5GRYS or CV1377.

The physical dimensions are 15.9" x 8.3" x 15.2” (W x H x D) and the unit weighs 50 pounds!
The preamplifier will ship in the original foam and packaging – so it will arrive to your door in like new condition.
