Dear Lee,
At long last I finally found a Lenco very similar to one I recently purchased. Its very peculiar, and I can find nothing on the internet resembling this table. It is a Lenco L75-S16. It has a black base like the L78 and the 16 in the model number apprently refers to 16 rpms. However it has the S shaped arm as does yours (i thought this was only introduced with the L78) with the dial in antiskate knob as you have. It was new in the box when I purchased it and the operating manual is not in English. To further complicate matters the manuals instructions are for a L75/78. So the tonearm instructions are for the old straight line tonearm. Fortunately for me since I live in the US it is setup for 110V with 60hz pulley.
Your project turned out beautifully. The work is first rate.
Kind regards,
