Description

This is my feeble attempt at building a bargin, "mid-hi" system. Most of the parts are used from EB??, here, CL & GW. Took the leap into higher end upgrades to my headphones, as thats my main listening style.

Bob -
Don't recall whether I thanked you for your reply to my question. If I go to a low output MC, the Goldring will be on the short list. What I've read about tonal characteristics seems to be what I like. Plus, Kevin Barrett at KAB Electro Acoustics carries them which I take to mean they'll work with the Technics TT I have.

Hi - Seems like you've put together some nice pieces. I'm curious about your LO Goldring Eroica - in particular because of it's Geiger line contact stylus. Are you able to offer any comments about tonality, coloration (or lack of)etc. Which Benz Micro did it replace? Grew up in NJ myself (Bridgewater), though in PA now. Thanks.
