An excellent compact tower design from Louis Chochos. Please read reviews of this speaker. I chose it over the ZU DW after speaking with Louis and describing my setup - smallish room using the Decware Zen Triode amp. Finish is a beautiful claro walnut, a custom job by Louis. I added outriggers to these speakers because I live in an old house with uneven floors that shift a bit with the seasons. As the depth of the speakers is only 7 inches, the outriggers add almost 4 more inches and I was able to get them stable on my wood floors. They are easily removable if not needed.
I’m giving these an 8/10 due to an almost imperceptible scratch on the top of one of the speakers (only visible in certain lighting) and a bit of fade in the veneer behind the grills. I’ve always kept the grills on and wasn’t aware of this until I was taking pics for this listing. I’ve tried to capture both in my pics. Please contact me with any questions. Thank you.
