Synergistic Research Internet Router & Switch

Absolutely as new Synergistic Research internet router and ethernet switch. Physician owned in a smoke-free, no children or pets, humidity controlled home. The router was purchased new from Scott Walker Audio six months ago (10/07/2023) and the ethernet switch, also purchased new from Scott Walker Audio, two years ago (04/27/2022). We paid $2995 for the router and $3290 for the switch (receipts are included w/sale). This totals $6,285.
The reason for this sale is poor performance of these items in our system. With them in-place, we have frequent dropouts in our Roon service, requiring repeated re-boots of our Antipodes streamer. Prompts for a tune are ignored or delayed, and often connection to Roon is lost; requiring our streamer to be re-booted to regain service. We've tried relocating the router & its antenna, and different angles of both, to no avail. Josh at Scott Walker initially insisted to give them more time but after six months there is no improvement. Now he will not authorize their return, even at a much reduced price (he states they have too many in stock). If they are defective, Scott's audio store (the largest Syn Res dealer in the world) is near the Synergistic Research factory in California; it shouldn't be a problem for them to be checked out. However, I do not feel they are defective; they simply do not work for us; with our wifi, in our system. I am willing to sell both of these as a package (they are intended to be used together) for $1500. Two Synergistic Research power cords are included, along with a Synergistic Research ethernet cable between the router and its antenna. We have the original box & packing for the router but not the switch. Shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. is included with the sale.
