Boulder 865

Boulder 865 Integrated.  This is literally the 860 amp and 810 preamp combined into one box. 150 wpc into 8ohms, with the first 10 wpc being class A, fully doubling to 300 at 4 ohms.

The nice thing is that you can use either the preamp or amp section by itself. The preamp can be accessed with the Aux Out on the back, and the amp via the home theater bypass function. I’ve used it all 3 ways and it always sounds great.

The build quality from Boulder is exceptional, one example is that the buttons on both the amp and the remote are ball bearings.

The sound is super transparent with a very low noise floor, it’s highly dynamic and has Boulder’s famous neutrality and clear highs.

Condition is excellent, see the pictures. Only flaw is a cable mark on the back panel by the binding post. 

I’m only selling because I’m moving to tube separates, just have to itch to change things up.

Comes with the remote, manual still in plastic, and factory double-box with factory foam. I have the manual in .pdf form as well.
