McIntosh MA6100 Integrated Amp

Here is a McIntosh MA6100 Integrated Amplifier in very good used condition. As of right now it functions great and looks fantastic. But, as with any vintage electronics, there can be no guarantees. The MA6100 was built in the 1970's and boasts 70 wpc of vintage McIntosh power.

Over all this unit has been very well cared for. There are a couple of scuff marks on the top(pictured) and the notch in the "COMP" dial does not line up with the lettering on the glass. This might be an easy fix, we're not sure. It functions fine so we don't feel the need to touch it The volume dial, as is often the case with vintage pieces, is a bit touchy and there is some static through the speakers at low volume. Once the volume goes up a little bit the static goes away and you get nothing but that awesome warm McIntosh sound!!

This one was serviced by Audio Classics Ltd. in October 2013 where it received some new caps as well as some new input/output connectors. It would likely benefit from another service/cleaning.

This MA6100 will ship in McIntosh double box packaging. There is NO warranty stated or implied.
