    A fantastic DD turntable. A real show-off on why direct drive beats belt drive when done right!
    • Ortofon Cadenza Blue
    Ruby cantilever. Detailed, airy. Very good tracking ability
    • Musical Fidelity MX Vynl phono amp
    MM and MC phono amp with good headroom. Versatile. Possible to connect 2 TTs.
    • Line Magnetic LM-518ia
    Singel ended triode amp based on the 845 tube. Mine is set up with Psvane WE 845 tubes. 2x22 lovely watts.  For me, the only option is SET. When first into SETs, it's no way back :)
    • HECO Direkt
    95 dB sensvity. 12'' bass. Very good and affordable speakers. Looks may not be for all.
    • Little Dot CDP_II CD transport
    A small foot print and very good value CD transport. Incl. remote.
    • PS Audio NuWave Dac
    An older PS DAC, but still great. No DSD. Important for me is possibility to run signal clean throug the DAC. No upsampling or oversampling that both fu.... up the signal.
    • Bluesound Node 2
    Good and reasonable priced streamer. Good control app and very good integration with Tidal.

I just wanted to say that first picture of the Line Magetic is one of the loveliest things I've seen on Audiogon.  Simply beautiful.  You have a great room.

I see in addition to the Tannoys, the Heco in your system.

During a moment of temporary upgaditis nervosa, I REALLY wanted to give them a try.

This was a few years ago, and the prospective dealer said the US distributor had problems.

He was listing them for an attractive price to get exposure to these cool looking speakers.

While I don't rely on mag reviews, Hifi + gave a disappointing review. What's your assessment?

I like its bigger brother-even more,but out of my  league$$

Im thinking a sub or two would support those Heco's for the lowest registers, like most systems? Just my opinion.

There is kind of perfection with that system.  Amps, speakers, room all seem to fit.  From those photos you can tell that people have a very good time in that room.  My only suggestion:  A bottle of Glen Garioch!

Awesome thoughtful system and setup.  That Line Magnetic LM-518ia is just amazing! I bought after having owned tons of gear.  
How did the Psvane WE 845 tubes change the system from the stock tubes? 
I am also running the technics SL1200G (not the limited cool edition you have).  What mat and clamp are you using?  Thanks Chris

Yes, mjcmt, Im in the marked for something else for the electronics. The TT is safely placed on a Aduio Magic shelf bolted to the wall. Electronics are placed on glass and wood shelves, spiked to the Ikea.

Very nice and thoughtful system with an interesting mix of gear.
I wouldn't think the hollow-board construction of  ikea cabinets make a very good platform for electronics. Have you considered putting a solid wood board on top to the ikea cabinet to set your gear on?
