McIntosh C-52 PREAMP ONE OWNER! 

I Bought this preamp new about 2 years ago and used it in my second system, 
That's in our second home in Florida, that we use 2 months, out of the year. 
 
Now that we have sold that home and now in a different home. 
I bought a different set-up, so I'm no longer using this preamp.  
If it wasn't for that I would be keeping it... 

This preamp has been barley used and is in mint condition. 
And as close to new as you can get with Maybe 2 hours a week use  
6 to 8 weeks out of the year. 
 
I would say conservatively there's 50 to 60 hours or less use,  
Comes from a / smoke free / Pet free / Child free home. 

Compared to a dealer selling a trade-in or a demo unit, 
God knows how many hours of use it has on it or how many people  
have had their hands all over it messing with all the knobs /and controls. 
 
Being I'm the original owner.  
I am the only one who has ever touched or used this preamp. 
It's in {Pristine Mint Condition}  

This has been very well cared for it could be sold as new.
Its flawless and packed back in the original box with all the original accessories.

Comes with all McIntosh Paperwork / Owner's Manual / Original Box /
 / And Packing Material.
