Semisphere silk/carbon Hybird tweeter mated with a 7” W. B. Tactic II midrange driver! Where many a speaker manufacturer claims to have “custom drivers” ,often times it is just a company’s shelf driver altered to the company’s specs as requested! Be assured that EVERYTHING about this speaker is made “in house” which adds to the overall quality of the final product!! With an Aerospace silk black baffle, spine and feet with “upcharged” Burl Mahogany side “cheeks”...This is an ALL carbon fiber shaft...with Polly alloy hybrid construction with carbon composite ACT monoque, THE most highly damped enclosure ever produced!! Ranging from 36 hz ( in my room) to 30 hz.The “clamshell Formation” carbon nanotechnology enclosures are patented...they form , in addition, the Tatic II Isobaric bass system. Finally, the composite structure consists of carbon fiber,compression blast core, glass intermediate long strand fibers...mated with NdFeb rare earth magnets! This speaker set is a tour de force of mechanics and cosmetics blended into a world class pinnacle speaker bar NONE IMO...
