The Audio Experience (previously known as F1 Audio) first stated business in 1999. We opened our first showroom in Palatine IL in 2015. In the Spring of 2020, we moved our showroom to the shopping center at Mellody Farm in Vernon Hills IL. We are a family owned business with a dedication to creating great sound at several price points along with providing the best shopping experience either on-line or in our beautiful showroom.
Payments & Taxes
Payment forms accepted; PayPal, Check, Wire, Credit Card. For payments made via PayPal, users will pay a 3.5% fee. We are required by law to charge sales tax of 7.25% to all IL residents.
Shipping
We ship via UPS and/or Estes Freight and once we know the shipping address we will provide a total cost including insurance which will be added to the sales total. We are happy to use your personal shipping carrier if provided with either a pre-paid label or your account number.

| I live in zip code 30339. What do you estimate shipping cost to be? I would strongly suggest this ships via freight (strapped to a wooden skid) which we can do. I shipped a larger pair of REVEL's last week with Estes via freight - total weight was 250 pounds and insured for $7,000. The total ship cost to NY was $700. Being that these weigh less and will be insured for less I would think It's safe to say freight will be less than $700 (maybe closer to $400-$500). If It's simpler we can have Estes bill you directly as I dont mark up shipping. Im in the office tomorrow if you'd like to call and discuss. Jamie 847-772-3140 |
