GamuT D200i for sale. This unit is the actual unit reviewed in The Absolute Sound. The amp is in The Absolute Sound March 2020 recommended section. This unit was used in a smoke free temperature controlled music studio. There has never been any inkling of issues with this amp. It's one of the best amps I have heard and used. I'm sorry to see it go. We have just switched to powered speakers in the studio.
The Absolute recommendation reads: This 200W solid-state amplifier has much of the liquidity, three-dimensionality, and image density of tubes as well as the expected virtues of solid-state; tonal consistency, frequency extension,and bass control. It runs relatively cool, is tonally neutral, and should be very reliable, producing a deep soundstage and enough power to drive most speakers.
