Sorry : original warranty does NOT convey. Legendary Aurender sound & build quality and ease of use. The ACS10, with it's built in UPS and improved circuitry & "real estate" is a definite SQ improvement to the "N" series of products. These are RARE on the used market. There are NO other's for sale now, only one other this year, and only TWO last year.
