Service History: Oppo factory service, Sept. 1 2020. Repaired/replaced power board, audio board, and optical unit. Installed latest firmware version: BDP10x-83-1226. 
Full factory diagnostics passed post repair. I have tested it as well and functions flawlessly. Reason for service was that it simply failed to power on one day after several years of amazing performance. While it was away I made some updates to my system, so am now ready to part with it.
