Shelter 501MkII, re-tipped a few years ago by Soundsmith. I had them do the (then) top of the line job with the Ruby Cantilever and Nude Optimized Contour Contact Line stylus, which cost $350 plus shipping. (It's now $399.) It has no more than 10 hours on it. While it was away, I fell in love with a Grado and don't really need a spare.
FYI:
If you found one of these at a garage sale for $1 and sent it to
Soundsmith for the same re-tipping, that would be $400. Plus shipping
both ways. So please do not bother me with low-ball bids.
