Questions for the seller
Is this the anniversary / limited edition? Thanks.
It is the anniversary edition, yes. Marc
Hi - I have a medium size room, speakers that are 89dB and 8 ohm, and don't listen to head banger level. This being class A, do you think it has enough juice to run my speakers well? I just returned a 40 watt, EL34 push/pull amp that had issues, but it had plenty of power to run my Sonus Fabers. Was also looking at the Triode 25. Thanks
I don't see any reason why this amp would not run your speakers well as long as you are describing your listening habits well. With an 89 db efficient speaker, most of your listening should be at 1 watt of power or less. KT88's are a lot more powerful than EL34's - even if the power rating is the same or less. EL34's are kind of a wimpy tube... Marc
