Ayon Sigma Tube Dac in excellent condition. If you have never heard a tube Dac, do yourself a favor. This Dac sounds unbelievably good. The Absolute Sound referred to Ayon as "The Bugatti of Audio" and there is a reason. When I bought this Dac I auditioned everything I could find for demo under $8000 and this was easily better than everything else I heard.
This Dac has an excellent volume control so it can be used as a preamp, which is how I ran it most of the time, or the volume can be bypassed if running into another preamp. There is a switch on the back for going between direct to amp or into a preamp. It also has two separate gain options for pairing with the rest of the system. It converts PCM up to 24/192 and does true DSD conversion. There are two filter options for fine tuning the sound to your liking.
Read the reviews if you haven't heard Ayon before and you will be amazed. The sound is fast, detailed, airy, and the bass is magnificent. Best bass I've every heard from a tube pre.

I am the original owner and the Dac is in factory condition. I have rated it a 9/10 to be safe, but I cannot find a single mark on it. Nice metal remote that is also in excellent condition. I am not one who moves equipment around all the time, so this Dac has been in its spot in the rack since I bought it. Comes with the factory remote, user manual, and factory triple box.
