The Parks Audio Puffin DSP phono preamp is an analog to digital and digital to analog phono preamp. Forget all you've heard about a digital preamp on an analog source. It doesn't sound "digital" at all, because digital converters and DSP have come a long way, especially in the last ten years. The Puffin handles MM, MI, MC and even line level sources such as CD.
