For sale - from my personal collection - the following LP: ARTIST: CHUBBY CHECKER TITLE: LIMBO PARTY original 1962 pressing on Columbia Records OEX 9203 (Series 299), MONO, made in AUSTRALIA. Made and distributed in Australia by E.M.I. Australia Ltd., Sydney, New South Wales. Original plastic inner sleeve. I acquired this album about twenty years ago from the original owner (former record collector). Thin shiny material cover. CONDITION: - front cover is between Exc. to NM (having: a few light short creases by spine plus one minor crease on the upper edge) - back cover is close to NM - vinyl is Exc.+ side one and Exc. side two (having a few very light surface marks, hardly visible) (visual grading) SPECIAL REMARK: - both upper and bottom edges have entirely applied invisible tape (circa one inch on each side) to prevent split seams (I bought the album like this). 12 tracks, studio recordings. Very interesting and special early 60’s album containing music based on rhythms of limbo, calypso, twist, bossa nova and mixed. A Parkway-USA recording. Highly recommended!
